Does anyone actually know why Ben Sinnott doesn’t get many snaps/targets? Like has Dan Quinn or Kliff ever touched on this in a press conference? I’m sure there’s a reason but, it’s been 10 games and he was our 2nd round pick

Yeah, I don’t get it. You gotta give him targets and ease him into the offense. He’s got that explosiveness & YAC ability that is lacking with Ertz

It’s a great question. What is keeping him from getting more opportunities? Ertz has been ok, but not to the point where Sinnott can’t get on the field.

I’m not saying we have to draw up plays FOR Sinnott but id at least like to see him run more routes It’s not like other teams have a lot of film on him

Shoutout to @JPFinlayNBCS for just asking this question about Sinnott and McCaffrey getting more looks.

TE Snap counts. My guess is Kliff likes Ertz experience and route running, and Bates' blocking ability.

It’s trending in the right direction for Sinnott. TE is arguably the slowest developing position in the league.

To be fair, our offense really hasn’t been lacking to the point where we have needed him more involved but this last game definitely should make them think about it.
TE is arguably the second hardest nfl position to develop into bw routes and blocking. It’s not the position to just throw a rookie into starting at. He’s developing under a great example. Remember, this is a 7-3 REBUILD year

@john_keim @NickiJhabvala @JPFinlayNBCS Can one of you ask and get clarification?

Experience and thats ok. He is a rookie and learning behind Ertz and Bates only helps him when his time comes.
