Does anyone else find it odd that when something outside of establishment medicine cures you of an illness, your doctor doesn’t ask what it was you did? Here’s my story of how I cured myself of Guillain Barre syndrome, an autoimmune disorder.

Good for you! 💪 I had a comparable experience: I survived a stage-4 cancer partly by doing the opposite of what they told me 😂 (I mean, outside of the unavoidable operations and basic treatment, though), but they never once asked me what it was I was doing or showed the faintest curiosity...

I believe I have a high tolerance of pain, but could no longer tolerate a pain I was having after trying over the counter medication so I went to my gastroenterologist. In short, after not getting relief from a prescription he scheduled an upper endoscopy. The result was I had a small hiatal hernia. To my surprise, he did not tell me how to treat it nor have me schedule a follow up appointment. Later that day, I found this video on line and followed the steps the next morning. It worked on the first try. I eventually stopped by my doctor’s office and told the receptionist that I was surprised the doctor never followed up with me after his diagnosis and I was thankful that I was able to find this video for relief. It’s been 1.5 years since and I haven’t had any issues.

What a great account of your experience, Jan. So encouraging, honest and real. Also, sad what our Healthcare system and providers have become. Finding a doctor truly interested in healing is rare.

That's great to hear Jan; the personal recovery. I've learned that your health is a very personal responsibility because the industry only sees patients from limited viewpoints, and those viewpoints are dictated by those making loads of money, or benefiting from control.

This differs from your discussion, but I do Qigong twice daily for 20 minutes. Qigong has significantly improved my ability to focus, boosted my mental clarity, and has helped me feel so much more energized. It also helps with balance and mobility.
