Yes maโam. Iโve rarely slept more than 4-5 hrs a night unless I was sick or something out of the ordinary. I canโt imagine having the schedule you have and trying to find time to decompress and rest. Hey @mirandalambert please, make time for you! Trust me on this one.

The only way to make rest a priority is schedule a serious vacation with "time off" from the tours and the road and get on a beach somewhere...and just sit the sit...tan the tan and then rest the rest...lol
