Well, it is actually valued based on the stock price times the shares outstanding. So yes, I believe it is valued at that price. Is it worth it? Hell no.

Imagine if Joe Biden bought X and started censoring/banning to fit his political needs and then took it public where foreign governments could trade the stock to affect his net worth. If Trump takes Truth Social public through the merger with a shell company, the same thing will happen. Foreign governments would buy and sell the stock in order to try and get favors from Trump or even to try and get retribution with Trump. This would be corruption at its finest for any president, but for some reason Republicans don’t care that Trump appears to be about to do this. Are people really OK with this?

Anyone who thinks that Truth Social is a good stock buy, keep in mind that President Trump will own the majority of the shares, and if he's reelected, he will ethically and legally need to divest from them. That means that if Trump does the ethical thing, he would have to sell all of his stock, or put in in a blind trust where he can't touch it. There is no way in my mind how that wouldn't completely obliterate the price of the shares. If Trump doesn't do the ethical thing, and he keeps the shares with full access to them, that means that any foreign government could short the stock, with a promise to buy back even more if Trump does what they wish. It would be open for blatant corruption. It's either terrible for the stock, terrible for America, or both. Investing in a company that is hardly profitable, has censored free speech and has banned people is already bad enough. Now throw in this mess.

If anyone from the Trump administration intervened in an open case against the Tates in a foreign nation they need to be fired. We can not be calling ourselves the party of law and order, while trying to get people out of charges involving the sex trafficking of minors. That being said, this is all just a rumor and needs to be cleared up because the optics from certain people surrounding Trump is horrible, and if they don’t set the record straight, people will run with their assumptions. This all gets fixed with a single Truth social post and it’s up to true MAGA to make that happen. Get loud, and fix this before it’s too late.

The money certainly seems to be behind Joe Biden, while Donald Trump faces the brunt of his legal problems over the course of the next several months. How will this impact the election in November? If I was Trump I would hope that my trials end before the election, and I am exonerated. If he truly believed that he was not guilty this is what he would’ve pushing for. It would be a huge boost to his campaign as well as fundraising. Instead, he’s trying to delay trials and I think that will backfire.

This Trump indictment is yet another case in which Republicans will likely attack law enforcement and the DOJ. Just remember that we should all agree that a speedy and fair trial is important here.
