I write down all of the tasks that need to be done for the week and then I categorize them in 4 quadrants. ❗️Important, Not Urgent ‼️Important, Urgent ❌Not Important, Not Urgent ⏰Not Important, Urgent This system really helps me “Prioritize the Chaos”. And this can be applied to anyone!! We all have tasks that can overwhelm us, let me help you! Interested??
