Sometimes the car radio software has to be updated. That happened to my car. I had some issues and had to update the software. It fixed a lot of my issues

This is exactly why I switched from Android five months ago after a loyal decade. It's unfair to point fingers at Samsung; Google's been dropping the ball, releasing half-baked products. I'm mad watching Google diminish Android's potential day by day 😠

Do you have more than one usb plug in the car? I had three, only one of them worked for the system.

Generally switching the car, helps.
