Does anyone else get the vibe that Red Hat Cop was not even a part of UVU PD? Remember, Red Hat was in the crowd the entire time prior to CK’s arrival. In the 15 min after CK was hit, Red Hat was on his phone, pacing frantically, 90% of the time with “someone” and pointed out to the Security Team where to begin searching in the grass. There is more here folks! All other LEOs were on their radios. But not Red Hat. 📲🤔

6’4 D2 Sophomore Aidan McDowell has been one of the most impressive players in D2 this season. Through his first 10 games McDowell is averaging 29/5/2 on 51/42/94 splits and is leading D2 in total scoring as just a sophomore. McDowell is one of the most efficient scorers in all of D2 with his ability to finish at the rim at a high level and shoot from three at a high level. McDowell is an elite shooter who’s shooting 42% on 9 attempts a game and he’s doing that either off the dribble, from a movement three or off the catch. He’s also a skilled driver and a cutter at the rim and has one of the highest rim pressure rates, while also drawing free throws at an elite level. There’s not many players McDowell’s age and height who have had the impact he’s had and he’s been one of the most underrated players in all of college basketball.

6’10 Point Forward Yoro Diallo has been one of the most intriguing players in D2 so far this season. Through his first five games he’s averaging 15/12/4 while shooting 50% from the field and 36% from three. Diallo moves extremely well for his height and plays with great craft at 6’10 and has been one of the most versatile players on a good D2 team. Diallo has the ability to push the ball in transition and create his own look for himself and his teammates, while also being polished in the HC with his ability to play in the PNR and multiple positions on the floor with his ability to shoot, pass, and finish at the rim. Diallo has also played strong defense.
