The "Minudobreniya" chemical plant in Rossosh, Voronezh region, has been attacked. The OSINT community CyberBoroshno confirms that the main fertilizer storage facility is on fire, posing a risk of a massive explosion. The person of interest in the double homicides of Clinton and Cristen Brink MAY be in custody as a high speed chase ended in Redfield, AR with a man in taken into custody. As you can see in the video the disabled vehicle is a black Mazda and you can also see an officer carrying a spike strip which may have been used to disable the vehicle. I have not seen an official announcement from LE, but this looks promising.
