He’s just extremely malnourished and skinny.

It’s doesn’t look dislocated however Jr looks very skinny. You can see his spine. I hope he gets the proper attention he needs soon and Crusty rock is put behind bars.

I’m not sure about discoloration but this is absolutely a malnourished child. I cannot understand how CPS has not stepped in. She openly admits he drinks only milk no actual food but refuses to accept he needs professional help… this is 100% medical neglect.

It does, but you’d think he’d be screaming in agony. Maybe it had dislocated before, and was never set back. Healed that way. That’s why they tell you not to pick babies (especially toddlers) up from under their armpits. It hurts and it causes dislocation.

She probably useto swing him around by the arms as a baby to make him laugh and it probably came out the socket during that time and healed over time.

He would be terrified and crying when she holds him.
