🚨A Spotsylvania County, Virginia principal sent a teacher home and was told to get rest after the teacher was acting erratically and was believed to be under the influence of drugs. Not drug tested. Not fired. Sent home and allowed to return to the classroom… until a law enforcement officer got involved. Earlier this month, the Spotsylvania County School Board voted against requiring drug testing for new hires and rehires. They also voted against drug testing elementary school teachers and staff who work with special needs children. The vote was 4-3, with School Board Members Rich Lieberman, Larry DiBella, and Lorita Daniels voting for drug testing requirements, and Megan Jackson, Belen Rodas, Carol Medawar, and Jennifer Craig-Ford voting against them.

I asked the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) about the way they test the vaccines they market as "safe and effective" and mandate for children. I already knew the answer - I was just trying to get a clear statement so the public could understand just how much of a farce the "testing" process truly is. The representatives danced around the questions, trying to be as confusing as possible. The TGA does not actually test vaccines. Instead, they rely on safety and efficacy data provided by the manufacturer. This data is based on the company's own testing of its own product. If the manufacturer (drug company) says it's safe, the TGA gives it a stamp of approval. Furthermore, we know that drug companies are not using the correct process for testing new vaccines or drugs. The standard should be to test the new product against an inert saline placebo. Instead, they use an existing vaccine or drug as the control. This means our vaccines have been tested against products already known to have side effects - and approved as long as the side effects of the new drug are no worse than those of the old one. This is criminal behaviour. Peer-reviewed papers have shown that the testing on the COVID-19 vaccines was fraudulent. It's not good enough for the TGA to claim they review documentation carefully; the Pfizer testing scandal proves they do nothing of the sort.

Question: Should pilots be required to blow into a breathalyzer before every flight? This pilot? Arrested for showing up drunk to fly a commercial airliner. That’s not just against policy, it’s a federal crime. Right now in the U.S., the law says: • Pilots can’t fly with a blood alcohol level of 0.04% or higher (half the driving limit). • They must follow the “8 hours bottle to throttle” rule. • They’re subject to random alcohol and drug testing, plus mandatory testing after accidents or if there’s suspicion. What we don’t have is a system where every pilot tests before they go. Some countries require it. Should we?

This man applied for a job and was hired but told them he could start for 6 weeks because he wanted to do some traveling for leisure. But during the hiring process he had 72 hours to do a drug test which he failed to do. They cancelled his job offer and he feels it wasn’t because of the missed drug test, so what is he implying the reasoning behind it was then? Fresh out of college, that insurance gig was the first one I applied for and was hired for. Up until then I never had to take a drug test but then again why would I have? I didn’t do drugs on a normal basis anyways. But my best friends were pot heads. On the day before my drug test I was smoking a cigarette and my friend asked for a hit and I gave it to him. The other friend passed me a joint and I took it thinking it was my cigarette and I took a long dragged and almost coughed up a lung. I panicked, I just had taken a hit of pot when I had to be drug tested for a new job the next day. I went to the testing and did it, I got a call a few days later from HR confirming I passed and I told her I was worried because my friends smoke and I thought it would show up in my system as a second hand application. She said nah don’t worry, we only test for the hard stuff anyways. That part I didn’t know, but after that I saw my other buddies pass their work related tests too so maybe it was more widespread than I knew.

A study of over a thousand patients found that 59% of people on antidepressants experience sexual dysfunction. Doctors are prescribing these drugs to seven-year-olds. A peer-reviewed study of over 1,000 outpatients found that 59.1% of patients on antidepressants experienced sexual dysfunction when all antidepressants were considered together. Men came in at 62.4%, women at 56.9%, with women reporting higher severity. Those are the numbers attached to a class of drugs now being prescribed to children as young as seven. The European Medicines Agency took that seriously enough in 2019 that it updated the official product labeling for SSRIs and SNRIs after petitioners, researchers, and people harmed by these drugs forced their hand. The new language states that these drugs may cause symptoms of sexual dysfunction, and that there have been reports of long-lasting sexual dysfunction where the symptoms continued even after the drug was discontinued. A parent putting a seven-year-old on an SSRI may be thinking their child is not sexually active yet, so the risk feels abstract. What that framing misses is that most children put on these medications do not come off them. They carry the drug into adulthood, into relationships, and into marriage, along with a 50 to 60 percent likelihood of sexual dysfunction that the label now acknowledges may not resolve even after they stop taking it. 👇

Louisiana trooper gets lucky when he stumbles across two drug mules without knowing it. When Trooper Austin Douglas pulled over a silver Chevy Malibu on I-20, he expected a standard traffic violation. He didn't expect to find what he found in the trunk of the car. Here is how a tailgating violation turned into a massive drug bust: Trooper Douglas initiated the stop after observing the Malibu following an 18-wheeler too closely—less than two car lengths at highway speeds. Inside were Jalyn Thompson and Derek Tipps. Suspicion grew almost immediately. When questioned about their travel, the stories didn't add up: They claimed to be heading to Nashville from North Carolina, but were driving in the completely opposite direction as they were in Louisiana. One suspect then "corrected" himself, saying they were actually coming from Houston. The driver claimed his friend was "too sick/dizzy" to drive, yet they were moving at high speeds in a rental car. Trooper Douglas asked for consent to search the vehicle. While they initially acted cooperative, they refused to sign the consent form. This didn't stop the investigation—a K-9 unit arrived, and the narcotics dog gave a positive alert on the driver's side door and trunk, giving officers probable cause. Hidden in a backpack within the trunk, officers discovered 25.55 pounds of Cocaine Estimated at approximately $350,000–$400,000. Both Thompson and Tipps were immediately taken into custody and charged with the following. Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine: This was the lead charge resulting from the 25.55 pounds of cocaine found in the trunk. Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute Cocaine: This charge addressed the agreement between the two men to transport and sell the narcotics across state lines. Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of a Drug Trafficking Crime: This is a serious federal enhancement. Under federal law, if a firearm is present during a drug crime, it often carries a mandatory minimum sentence that must be served consecutively (on top of) the drug charges.
