No difference. Considering a man can bring a woman home a disease that she may not detect that could cause her to become sterile. Also...a man typically gets triggered visually to want to cheat but doesn't generally fall in love. He can compartmentalize that away. Usually a woman cheats when their heart is already gone. Loose living destroys families and lives. Both sexes have their individual risks.

His point seems to be that women are more susceptible to STD’s than men, and that gives men some sort of license. This is a truth that doesn’t lead to the conclusion he hopes. It is biologically true a woman can be infected more easily. However, to conclude from this statistic that a man’s promiscuity is therefore more acceptable is a category error. It’s not wrong because of infection, it’s wrong because God has declared adultery and premarital sex to be a sin.

Bottom line - no cheating man has ever passed off a child from someone else as being his wife's and no woman has ever spent years supporting a child she thought was her own but wasn't. That deception is taking part of someone's life and is morally close to murder.
