Does it never rain in CA or are the drivers just this bad?

Never rains. Also in Cali, most people drive recklessly like this all the time and don't adjust for conditions. Kind of like how they vote.

It’s what happens when you hand everyone (illegals) a valid drivers license to “earn their vote”.

Here's what I've said my entire life. California drivers are great, until you add even one compounding factor: - Rain - Fog - Coyote crossing - Alien sighting Doesn't matter what it is, the moment it occurs, California drivers lose their minds.

I couldn't drive that poorly if I was trying to drive that poorly.

Probably mentioned already but -- these roads haven't seen rain in 4-6 months and the first ones always bring up the oil off the asphalt. I just told my teen driver this after the rain. First rain in a while can hit slippery spots just like black ice.

for 4-6 months of no rain, oil, grease build up on the road then the rain releases it and it gets slippery.

1) It's at a weird time of the year, where a ton of oil and rubber have built up on the road, due to summer. 2) certain areas are much much much worse for this, due to the types of cars that drive through it. 3) Generally, yes, CA drivers are astonishingly bad.

It doesn’t rain there very often and I’m sure that there is a lot of oil built up on that pavement. It’s as bad as ice when it gets wet.

It never rains...and when it does, all the oil and fuel remnants make it slick.

They're probably illegal aliens and this is their first time driving in a rainstorm. No license, no insurance.
