Ephesians 1:3 “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places.” 1 Peter 1:3 “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” Acts 3:13 “The God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorified his servant Jesus, whom you delivered over and denied in the presence of Pilate, when he had decided to release him.” Acts 5:30–31 “The God of our fathers raised Jesus, whom you killed by hanging him on a tree. God exalted him at his right hand as Leader and Savior, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins.”

A bunch of nonsense honestly… regardless of how you look at it. Jesus can’t be God Almighty

Thankful for the internet and posts like this! The traditional teaching of the trinity has been unraveling and the truth is setting people free. The nature of God is different than BEING God. Read the greek interlinear for more insight on John 1:1.

As y’all are still debating about this, capitalists are planning on how to create the heaven that y’all shouldn’t experience on Earth because you will have it on the non-existent afterlife ….. 😂

Jesus is God, but as the Son, He has a relationship with God the Father.

Doglogic: a man and a woman, are they not human? Okay, doglogic. a man and a woman, how many humans is that? Two. Now Jesus and the Father, how many gods is that? Two. Therefore you worship multiple gods. Let’s not forget the ghost. Doglogic got cooked by orthodox Muslim. Btw

I love the analogy of the Sun. Just like the trinity, 3 persons manifesting differently, 1 God. The sun ☀️ the real physical deal, God the father, the light that shines from the orb, God the son, and the heat that transmits through the light rays, God the spirit. You feel the effect. 1 God 3 attributes, 3 beings, 3 duties. 1 God the Almighty Father, creator of all things visible and invisible. 1 God Jesus Christ, he was before time began… he is the God from God, the light from light, he was not made. One in substance with the Father and through him all things were made. The word of God became flesh and dwelt amongst us, at the point which made God the Father his God (as God is God of all flesh) 1 God the Holy Spirit, proceeds from the Father and the Son, he is the giver of life. Together with the Father and the Son, he’s adored and Glorified.

When Jesus was dying on the cross, He cried out, “my God, my God, why have You forsaken me?”

Trinity can be thought of like a single fire that has flame, light, and heat. The flame is not the light, and the light is not the heat—each is distinct and identifiable. Yet you cannot separate them without losing the fire itself, and each one is fully part of what makes fire.

The better answer to the subject object relationship between the Father and the Son is the incarnation. Jesus is 100% God and 100% man. Positionally, that results in him being God, and also having a God and Father.

Jesus submits to the Father and the Father Glorifies the Son. Why is it so hard for people to grasp that God isn’t bound by our reality and exists both in it and outside of it? God is a multi dimensional being Father, Son and Spirit. The perfect being in fellowship with himself. We have been extended a grace we didn’t deserve to become his Children. Repent of you sin. Put you trust in Jesus and obey him. Love the Lord and Love other as yourself. Be compassionate. Be kind. Care not for the things of this world as this place is meaningless.

If Mary was a VIRGIN (Q 3:47) and if God said: "We breathed into her of Our SPIRIT" (Min rūḥinā) (Q 66:12 and 21:91), and if Jesus is God's Word “and a SPIRIT (proceeding) from Him” (warūḥun min'hu Q 4:171), then HOW is Jesus NOT the “HOLY SON” (Q 19:19, Yusuf Ali) OF GOD?

Jesus submitted to the father as the incarnate diety. Is the son eternally submissive to the father? I don’t think so, but would like to hear arguments.

Yes. Jesus has a God, he declared as much in John 20:17 where Jesus said, “I ascend to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God” ─── 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝘄 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 Truth is confirmed by two or three witnesses (Deuteronomy 19:15; 2 Corinthians 13:1). Multiple witnesses in the Bible confirm this. If you consider the Bible to be a single witness, the Book of Mormon stands as another witness, another testament of Jesus Christ. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗱𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱 The Bible shows three distinct beings: • God the Father (Elohim) • God the Son, Jesus Christ (Jehovah) • God the Holy Ghost These three are united in purpose, not in person. 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 • Jesus said, “I ascend to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God” (John 20:17). • He prayed to the Father in Gethsemane and on the cross. If He were the same being as the Father, those prayers make no sense. The relationship is clear: two distinct beings. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝘄 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 Both the Bible and the Book of Mormon show the Father speaking while the Son is visible: • At Christ’s baptism, the Father said, “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased” (Matthew 3:17; Luke 3:22). • In the Americas, He declared, “Behold my Beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased, in whom I have glorified my name—hear ye him” (3 Nephi 11:7). Two voices, one truth; the Father and the Son are distinct beings. 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗵 𝗦𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗲 Stephen saw Jesus standing at the right hand of God (Acts 7:55-56). Joseph Smith saw both the Father and the Son in his First Vision. Both witnessed that the Father and the Son are distinct, separate beings. ─── Matthew 3:16–17
Jesus stands in the water. The Father speaks from heaven. The Spirit descends separately. Matthew 26:39
Jesus prays to the Father. He submits His will to the Father’s will. Mark 13:32
Jesus states the Father knows the day and hour. He places that knowledge outside Himself. Luke 22:42
Jesus distinguishes His will from the Father’s will. John 14:28
Jesus states the Father is greater than He is. John 17:1–5
Jesus prays to the Father. He speaks to another being with whom He shared glory before the world existed. Romans 8:34
Jesus intercedes. God remains the one who justifies. 1 Corinthians 8:6
Paul identifies one God, the Father, and one Lord, Jesus Christ. 2 Corinthians 1:3
God is identified as the Father of the Lord Jesus Christ. Ephesians 1:17
Paul refers to the God of Jesus Christ. 1 Timothy 2:5
Jesus stands as mediator between God and mankind. Hebrews 1:3
Jesus sits at the right hand of the Majesty on high. Hebrews 5:7
Jesus offers prayers to the one able to save Him from death. 1 Peter 1:3
God is identified as the Father of Jesus Christ. Revelation 5:6 – 7
The Lamb approaches the one seated on the throne. Revelation 7:10
Salvation is attributed to God on the throne and to the Lamb.
