It actually doesn’t work that well on the new black ops 7 . I have mine off and notice much more smooth gaming & only on that game tho. I’m on 9800x3d + rtx 4080super

Only if GPU bound/dependent though. It can actually hurt fps a little in some games if heavily CPU bound. Looked like GPU usage was 95%+ in your video, so at least GPU dependent.

Unfortunately, it is not just a magic button. Sometimes, though rarely, it can degrade performance or even lead to game crashes.

in cpu bound games is different, like fortnite/valorant

It's on in FN and I still get higher fps. Valorant it's same fps on/off but better render latency

For COD, it isn’t recommended because when you’re surrounded by explosions or when using a hellstorm, fps tanks crazy. Benchmark tool within cod proves it. You’re running in the open with nothing going on, of course fps will be steady brother

Not all games properly support resizable bar. It’s just now becoming a “standard” so please test per game bc it will actually HURT your fps in certain titles

At lower framerates, that difference gets lower and lower And ReBAR can do the opposite and DESTROY 1% lows and induce stuttering on MANY titles Do NOT turn it on globally. Turn it on in a per-game basis and always check if it's not harming your performance
