Her opinion is according to her level of knowledge and this kind of mindset is dangerous for a developing country like Nigeria. Allowing those that their brains can’t handle difficult and complex subjects to learn other vocations can never be a premise on which you would say secondary school is unnecessary. In fact, secondary schools provide the avenue to sieve out those that are academically poor so they can pursue other vocations. However, the curriculum should be updated to meet current realities as certain subjects are required for the society to function properly.

If she's trying to say that the current curriculum in our schools should be revised and reformed in order to raise better-prepared individuals in the wnd,, then I agree with her.

It is all those further mathematics make your thinking so quick and help in your decision making process in every aspect of life. You don’t have to apply them directly to solve issues but trust me they made u smart thinking more than your parents.

One thing is certain, if she didn’t go to school, there is a high chance ( not certain) that she might not be able to articulate her words just like she has done. That’s not dismissing what she has said, I would think & advice that the school curriculum should be updated.

Without the same education, it might not be easy to communicate this message. Education doesn’t put money in your pocket but it’s still a necessary skill. The way education makes you administrate your business is far different from when you’re not educated.

She made no sense. We have Art, Science, and commercial class. She only spoke about the science. Did those in the banking system studied agriculture? Did her doctor study commerce? Sec schl actually show you a glimpse of the future you desired, that's just the fact.

No correct. Everybody that know how to buy things without knowing maths is not correct. Maths is everyday things. You need to understand it to build things around. Physics will tell you what you don't know but is within your reach. Ask electrician about thermodynamics nothing.
