Yes because you see them violently switch it to park and the car shakes as such. The pedal was likely stuck. I feel for the owner of that first car that got hit, gonna be too costly to fix and it will get totaled even though its a classic.

Looks like he dozed off. No attempt to brake or steer away (or towards) other vehicles. And his foot was on the gas throughout the entire incident.
