Those are highly engineered, maritime shock absorbers, strategicly placed for greatest efficiency.

All better

“It’s within tolerances” 😄

That is a US Maritime Government approved repair. All 4 times

It doesn't appear to be a structural member, it's just the steel sidewalls, so it's not likely to sink the ferry and it doesn't inspire confidence, but I assure you, there's bigger issues that you can't I'd be more worried about.

Throw some JB Weld on that and call it a day! 😂

It's fine, just get some flex seal...

Might need Spider-Man to hold that boat together!

Those are ventilation channels that allow the welds to breathe. It’s a common feature on most ships.

I’d be looking for the nearest life vest and rescue boat

Does any one know where the love of God goes When the waves turn the minutes to hours? The searchers all say they'd have made Whitefish Bay If they'd put fifteen more miles behind her They might have split up or they might have capsized They may have broke deep and took water.

Just get a couple of really good ratchet straps and toss them across the bow.

Yikes!!😱

L👀K’s like an “AT YOUR OWN RISK” TYPE’a deal to ~ME 😳🫣

cheapest bidder did that weld

Four inch box beams and pipes... that looks like major structural members that have cracked all the way through. Probably time to scrap that ship.

It’s doing a lot better than the Titanic.

Thats been fixed a few times

Nope, and who ever piled those welds on the last time is a retard.

It’s ok. You can see it’s been welded.

No. Fire the welder.

super glue might help...

Nope

Glad my vehicle isn't on that vessel

Hey, mind your own business! That's my weld! There's nothing wrong with it! 😏

Yeah, whomever welded that didn't know what they were doing. Definitely should have been plated and welded all the way down.

dang i thought it was a bridge, didn't realize it was a boat. i mean they do have water pumps right? how many number of hulls? ya .. i might suggest having an inspector look at this for the insurance company... they're the ones who can force repairs if deemed necessary.

The rust is holding it together, you'll be alright! And, can you swim, bobby!?

Nice plow welds.

Best to stop inspecting now, there’s worse, I guarantee.

Here’s where all the assholes say it’s ok

Until the thing sink with people property it won’t be fixed

Poor welds to say the least
