Does working for a female boss as a woman suck?

Every time in my adult life I have had a male boss, I get promoted. Female boss? I get written up or treated like a problem. With female bosses you have to fake it into their personal life friendship circle outside of work to get anywhere. I refuse to do just that.

The last female boss I had fired me after I told her I was pregnant

I’ve worked for women before and I prefer it over men. We get more creative liberty and collaboration from the boss.

Just depends on the boss.

Feminism has been a Civilization-ending disaster.

As a small business owner I can tell you that just by observation in my own company, this is true. We have more females quit when under another female manager than under male managers and, oddly men seem entirely unaffected no matter who they work under.

I have had several female coworkers say this same thing.

I worked for a company owned by a "girl boss". It was awful. And she was of the opinion that other women were only good for cleaning and cooking. she didn't hire women for other jobs.
