Dogs are the best ❤️

Broke my heart when my first dog could no longer get upstairs (too big to carry). Dreaded the same for Barney when he’s older - we now live in a bungalow, happy days!

Our retriever used to do exactly that - to get on the beds. Slow, inching back legs up until he was almost doing a handstand. If discovered he’d then freeze, believing that made him invisible.

My Harry does this - he hates stairs so goes backwards ❤️❤️❤️

My dog reverses too!! She doesn’t like certain flooring so will reverse across it instead of walking forward! If any dog behaviourist can explain that, please do!! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I used to look after a friend’s dog who wasn’t allowed on the bed at home. First time she was on mine she was too afraid to move in case I’d see she was on there!
