Why do so many people have dogs that they can’t physically handle?

@_Farmergeddon If you are going to own a large dog then you should train it properly. These are funny but there are too many badly trained dogs that are a menace for people who are fearful of or uncomfortable with large dogs.

It's not funny to me who rides a bike every day and had a pitbull break away from a lady who couldn't handle it on the leash and chase me had to spray it with pepper spray

I have a 113# European dobie who has been trained to walk at my side at all times.He ignores dogs and people as we pass but he still very alert to our surroundings.He listens to my commands and I trained him myself.He wouldn’t hesitate to attack if someone tried to attack me.

I have a 120 lbs dog and it has never pulled me down, even when it tries to chase a rabbit. Not sure what these people are doing.

🤣😁😎☝️ That actually proves a point of mine , many people should not be allowed anywhere near a dog .. They have zero control over what can be a potentially situation. After 6 months if my dogs still need a lead i have failed in my duty to them - simples

My dog was a rescue lurcher who I stole from evil people. If I ever even slipped a fraction he was instantly terrified. I helped him overcome most of his trauma reactions but with this one I couldn’t replicate the event sufficiently to deprogram his fear of being, clearly, belted

Lack of strength. Also dont have an extendo leash that just gives the dog a chance to build momentum.

So many people do not train their dogs

This one yanked me right off my feet the other day going after a squirrel. She’s maybe 40 lbs and I’m 210. Wasn’t even mad I told her I was proud she’s so strong lol. 🤷🏻💪

People should never own a dog they cannot control. Especially in public. LEAVE YOUR DOGS AT HOME.

My dog is 90lbs today and almost 4yrs old. I almost lost an arm when she was just older than a year old 😂 This has saved me many times, I do recommend making one. Adjust the diameter and length of the bungee cord to your needs. This one has a 3/8" diameter!

Train your dog. Dogs are pack animals who want a pack leader. If you're not the boss they'll assume the role.

My boys are well trained but did this stuff as pups. Now I can walk them off leash and they don't leave my side even if there's other dogs walking by. They look at them and then look at me lol. 😂

A family friend ended up being hung on the front door handle with the dog lead when going for a walk. Absolute freak accident.
