I really wish they'd give DMC2 a remake. It deserves a second chance to redeem itself. This game has one of the best outfits Dante has ever worn.

Crazy how what’s considered the worst game in the series still follows the themes and concepts of the original better than the Netflix show

"That macho!" is a classic. I'll say a couple of nice things too, cz despite DMC2's obvious dissapointment, there some things I still liked: Twosome time, wall running, playable Trish and some of the tracks were real bangers. My favorite being Trismagia's theme to this day.

Dante pretending to be cold by making them think he's leaving his heroism up to chance is cool on its own. What makes it more fun is that the villain thought the coin Dante had was an artifact, when it actually a common coin. Dante let him take it to ruin the ritual.

Think the game could have been something good, sadly the team had no direction and no leader till the last like, 4 months of development. The fact that the game is only bland and not a broken pile of shit is a miracle in itself.

That's one aspect of dmc2 I actually like, showing that Dante isn't making a choice with the coin flip, that he already made his choice way before the flip

Its no secret that dante, abrasive that he is, will ALWAYS choose to help, with no expectation of a reward or even a thanks. He REALLY just likes pushing peoples buttons for a laugh.

Man this game was so bad but damn the moments like these always hit
