doki doki literature club! 2007 #ddlc

DDLC theme song by @asteriskpie!

I absolutely love that Monika's the only one blinking

@NickLuigi 😳😳😳

@DMrsleepy THIS IS ACTUALLY SO SICK DUDE OMG

thank you fellow natsuki enthusiast

🫡 us ‘Suki enjoyers got to stick together!!!

Sayori be looking like remy the rat

God fucking dammit I should’ve made it from 1998

Nice detail that Monika is the only one who blinks

This looks really cool but this isn’t 2007 at all if the aesthetics you’re going for artistically and musically is PC-98 era

rather 1997 lmao

The SM64 sfx have me giggling, this is so fucking cool

This is giving me the same joy and whimsy ryukishi07's old artstyle gives me

@AshyTown_ This would be so much scarier

it's funny that the art style more closely resembles doujin software from the 90s and at most maybe 2005. by 2006-7 we already have games like little busters, kira⭐︎kira, and haru uru

@Cyrilthebird OH MY GOD the frame rate and everything 🥹🥹🥹

i love the detail that only monika blinks in the titlescreen

I WANNA PLAY THIS SO BAAAAD

wait rollins this is sick

THIS IS COOL

this shit is not from 2007

Lowkey if this was an actual past version of the game I feel like it would be substantially more eerie or unhinged and I absolutely love that it's so peak

so like are you going to make this into a actual game???

this is so freakin retro!

Give me 2007 ddlc into 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆

THIS IS SO AWESOME

This creates a certain discomfort in a very good way

Wait why is it actually fucking peak though??? DDLC transcends time I swear

Mario 64 sfx for some reason

It's good lol

*closes out game after seeing the artstyle*

Monika being the only one that blinks is some nice symbolism

@hypsk8r Scawy

it didn't come out in 2007. it came out in 2017

sale mod?

I need to play this.
