Exactly my point of view I eat beef, eggs, dairy, no sugar or fake sugar 5 years now on Carnivore Diet I do, "cheat on the diet, with real wine without spirits. If you can't discipline yourself to Carnivore just limit carbs to 10-20 a day, get lots of sun, walk for 1 hour a day (if you can). Watch how you feel in 1 month. No PTSD, no fatigue, no health issues
