Majority of other uber/lyft drivers would’ve canceled and just drove off with no explanation , but he tried to tell her . The only reason she may win this lawsuit is because she said “so every big person you turn down cause they can’t fit in your car ? ” & he said “yes , they need to order an Uber XL” & TECHNICALLY , that’s discrimination against “big people” . (I gave yall the definition of discrimination in the video) but yea She should’ve just order another car or an Uber XL.
