@Von_Alexx In my few experiences I've never had a good time at Air bnbs, they literally put cameras everywhere to watch you, some live in the same place, less freedoms than hotel and I'm supposed to be the maid service as well, and its not any cheaper, couldn't get me to stay at 1 again

This is why 3rd party management companies are necessary in my opinion. They’re too emotionally invested in this property to be good hosts. Idk why they put a white rug in there to begin with but if it’s only $100 he needs to STFU 😂 rugs are EXPENSIVE

There was nothing wrong with this Air BNB normal usage. A white rug in rental is not smart. Those $5 Walmart blinds rip w normal usage. Yes the stool was moved they were getting ready. Yes the nightstand was moved closer for the phone charger. These people don’t need to host

I get being upset about damaged blinds and carpet but making a deal about moved furniture and dishes in the sink when they don't require people to wash the dishes and they left them very neatly in the sink...It actually looks like they may have washed them anyways.

Who gets a white or cream rug in a short-term rental property?? Who has a baby grand piano in a short-term rental property?? Who cares when an end table gets moved a foot? These companies need to vet their hosts the same way they vet renters bc these 2 are too stupid to host

Anyone that has ever used Airbnb knows that you pay a very high cleaning fee. Upwards of $200….i think they’ll get the fuck over it. Any damages also come from the guest. These people are super annoying.

They washed the dishes and just left them in the sink and this couple still bitxhes about it. They are using the broken rules as an income stream so every minor infraction is going to reported so they can get more money. That place is looking good and they should be happy that’s all that was done/damaged.

As Airbnb cleaners. The rug & blinds are damaged and would be reported both to the owners and also Airbnb. The rest, while it’s annoying as fuck to be relocating the entire house and half the decor, just needs put back and cleaned. It’s not that big a deal.

I am a B&B host. You had a group of 10 people in that place and that’s all you could come up with? We have groups of two that leave more mess than that. So a chair was moved and you had a spill on a $10 winners carpet. Get real.

My daughter stays in Airbnb’s frequently and she says a lot of hosts are exactly like these two knuckleheads. They seem to always forget that people are paying them well to stay there, and expect everything to be pristine as a showroom. We’re not talking about the guests who trash the place. But so many hosts seem to have unrealistic expectations.
