I didn't consider that it wasn't a triangle. I went with what I know. So, I found the areas of the 3 triangles and combined the values. It made since to me. Then I watched the rest of your video.

I was just thinking that, since area of a triangle is a*b/2, it was easier to just sum 5*10 + 15*12.

I went with the triangle minus the rectangle - built mad as it IS drawn as a triangle which is deceitful but nice point about the numbers.
