Don't buy fruit before you see this!

I don’t know how many times I’ve seen these videos and try so hard to remember the tips, only to be reminded of my AFHD mental stew of stem colors, skins textures stripes, navel sizes and two fingers on a banana.

I now only buy those greenish short-stem “no flavor” bananas. Those sweet bananas with black freckles are loaded with plant sugar. The ones that are still greenish are a resistant starch & great prebiotic. I freeze them & either dip them in dark choco or smoothy blend w berries.
