You really want a metal-cutting circular saw, a regular one may work once but it will nuke the blade as rpm's are too high(tooth-geometry on wood-cutting blades is also wrong and tooth count is too low) Major brands make battery metal-cutting bandsaws, they are much more quiet..

If you are afraid of being caught by doing this in America. You can buy 2,000 MW green lasers online and that is enough to completely destroy the cameras sensor. Just make sure nobody is around because the laser can cause blinding severely wear high rated laser goggles too.
