@JoshyBeSloshy The gate agents aren’t being unprofessional, they’re just talking to the customers like adults while the customers act like children. Y’all want customer service reps to baby you while you take your frustration out on them and then wonder why your stuff gets delayed further.

@JoshyBeSloshy That issue was not the fault of the gate agents nor was that issue happening only to Spirit airlines. Also, those gate agents had every right to return the same energy given to them. Yelling and being disrespectful was unnecessary. They are only trying to help. Be forreal.

@JoshyBeSloshy People be wanting to be rude and mad at the wrong people. Those ladies can’t fly the plane. They don’t set prices or rules. You being there 6 hours ain’t their fault. Take that up with Spirit or the captains.

@JoshyBeSloshy There are lots reasons to not fly Spirit. The employees in that video are not one of them. The fact that you would have to be on a plane with the customers in that video, on the other hand, is near the top of the list.

@JoshyBeSloshy I SEE NOTHING WRONG WITH THE GATE AGENTS’ BEHAVIOR. at the very beginning there is a grown man berating her as if she can do anything other than her job. The entitlement of people thinking that you don’t have to treat employees like human beings and spew misdirected anger.
