Don’t forget David Bradley’s performance. People always praise Arya (Maisie Williams) for that iconic scene, but David Bradley deserves just as much credit. He made Walder Frey one of the most despicable characters in the series, yet he delivered Arya’s revenge speech with such chilling precision that it genuinely... show more

A wolf raised by a hound. He wasn’t her father, and she wasn’t his daughter, but fate brought them together when they needed each other most. Sandor taught Arya how to survive a brutal world, while Arya reminded him there was still humanity buried beneath all his scars. For a man who claimed not to care about anyone, The Hound repeatedly risked his life to protect both Stark girls. He never asked for gratitude or recognition, he just did what he believed was right in his own rough, broken way. One of my favorite details is when Arya finally started calling him “Sandor” instead of “The Hound.” It wasn’t just a name it was an acknowledgment that she no longer saw him as a monster, but as a man. You could tell it meant everything to him, even if he never said it. 🥀

Paul Thomas Anderson revealed that he pushed himself to complete the script for There Will Be Blood once Daniel Day-Lewis expressed interest. After wrapping the first week of filming, Day-Lewis confessed he was disappointed with his performance, describing it as “radically off course.” However, after reviewing the footage with Anderson, he made crucial adjustments that ultimately delivered one of cinema’s most iconic performances and earned him his second Academy Award.

mingyu was everything people dreamed of. handsome, kind, dependable. the kind of man everyone wanted. and he chose you, loved you with certainty and made it feel easy like you were the only one who mattered… always reassuring, always choosing you even when everyone else wanted him too. but loving mingyu felt like standing in a crowd that wanted him just as much, like you were just another person in line. every glance he got, every bit of admiration chipped away at you in ways his reassurance couldn’t fix. and you hated that the only person you couldn’t compete with… was yourself. so on the day he deserved to feel most loved, when he was smiling the brightest, you gave him one thing he didn’t deserve in the cruelest way possible— an ending he never saw coming. because no matter how much he chose you… you never believed you were the one worth choosing.

This is one of my favorite moments in Game of Thrones, it shows a different side of Tywin and the kind of decent father he could’ve been. For a moment, Arya seems to forget her hatred for House Lannister as she genuinely geeks out over history with him. It’s crazy this was show-original, it fits so well it feels straight out of the books.

Leonardo DiCaprio was initially considered for the role of David McCall in "Fear" (1996), DiCaprio didn't think he was right for the role, but he put in a good word for friend Mark Wahlberg to director James Foley after working with him on "The Basketball Diaries" (1995). James Foley & Mark Wahlberg spent a day hanging out and discussing about the part. Afterwards Wahlberg was told by Foley that he really liked him but that he wouldn't be considered for the lead role of David McCall. Wahlberg was subsequently offered to come in to audition for one of David's criminal friends and impressed Foley so much that Foley told the studio that he would back out of directing the movie if Wahlberg didn't get to play David. P.S: Happy 55th birthday, Mark Wahlberg!

Death of David Wilcock…. STEVEN D KELLEY speaks about the suicide of David Wilcock in his latest video. Steven did a circuit of presentations with David Wilcock, Jordan Maxwell and Sean David Morton . Steven is the only one alive of that group. Carrie Cassidy was also involved. David Wilcock was depressed over financial matters. He couldn’t pay his mortgage. While Steven can empathize with the depression that can occur because of financial issues, he is disappointed that David chose suicide as an option. David became embroiled in controversy when he was selling products that were related to the fictions Blue Avian Aliens. He admitted at some point that his presentations were for entertainment purposes only. Steven respected David Wilcock’s work on densities and Billy Meier. Steven states that if David had used his name and resources to back the #occupythegetty mission he would have been more fulfilled and the mission to expose the GETTY BUNKER would much further along. Steven D Kelley is a Laser Electro Optics Engineer, Laser pioneer and inventor who created Laser Aiming Weapon Systems for military use. He was contracted through the NSA, CIA and other government agencies to provide high precision laser technology through his company S.K. Industries. Below is information into the investigation of David’s death.

The thing is, even before he joined our co., he was already a really good dancer. He already had the skills. He came in with that exp. So… why wasn’t my first impression of him that good? There must’ve been some reason 😆 But now? I like him so much, so it doesn’t matter anymore. Chanwoo was really nice too. He was always very cautious, always reading the room since he was the youngest. And Bobby… Bobby is genuinely such a kind person. Whenever new trainees joined, he’d always take care of them. He was really good at looking after people. Jinhwan hyung was the same, he took good care of people too. But unlike Bobby, he wasn’t the type to make it obvious. He’d quietly help you out behind the scenes.” +

Dr. David Sinclair was one of the most well-known advocates for drinking red wine. His reason was because red wine contains resveratrol, a molecule linked in longevity. He drank red wine because of it every day. Then he read data that changed his mind. Studies show that people who drink even one glass of alcohol a day tend to have smaller brain size. And the more you drink, the smaller your brain gets. The trend line was clear. Now he just takes resveratrol as a pure supplement. (about a gram mixed with olive oil or yogurt so his body can absorb it) He says since quitting he has mental clarity he has not felt since his 20s. PS. David Sinclair (David Sinclair) is speaking at SynBioBeta on May 6th this year, discussing the science of slowing and reversing aging. You won't want to miss it. Tickets available now:

Nia Bleu had the host completely caught off guard when she started describing what it was like when she f*cked Baby Alien. She explained that they had already been friends for a while, so she wasn’t judging him at all. In fact, she kept emphasizing that he was a genuinely nice person. “He’s cool. We’ve been friends for like a minute.” But what made the experience so memorable was the huge difference in their size. “It was a funny scene ’cause I’m so big and he’s so small.” The host immediately wanted to know what the experience was actually like. “Did he have outside? How did he what position did we do?” Nia said they went through the scene normally, but there was one moment she couldn’t stop laughing about. “He was grabbing my boobs. It looked like a little kid on my boob.” She made it clear that she wasn’t laughing because she disliked him. It was simply the visual of their size difference that made the entire situation so surreal. “He did the damn thing.” And that’s what made the story stand out: two people who were already comfortable with each other, combined with one of the most extreme size differences Nia had experienced on camera. “It was so funny.”

To understand what a bracing statement that was, and really almost like a shot across the bow, you have to understand the history and context of these events. Judge Frank Caprio was such a good hearted soul. Always enjoyed seeing him in the courtroom, because he never, ever felt intimidating. He was one of the few people who seemed like he was born to be a judge and lead, because he really did his best to help each person and not just punish. He was strangely comforting in a role that many of us naturally are afraid to be in front of. They called him the "World's Nicest Judge" and he truly deserved it. Found a clip he posted just yesterday on his page before he passed. He asked for prayers but more importantly, to be remembered. And I hope we honor that for him. Rest in love and light, Judge Caprio. Thank you for being one of the kind ones. 🪽

A Government of National Unity (GNU) is formed by a majority party (a party with 50+1), not by a minority party such as the ANC is now. (What Ramaphosa proposed is an ANC-DA Backdoor Coalition, NOT a GNU). When, on the evening of the 2nd of May 1994, President Nelson Mandela delivered his victory speech to a cheering crowd in the Carlton Hotel’s Grand Ballroom, announcing that he had won the election and would be South Africa's next President, he was unequivocally clear that the GNU was called by the ANC as the MAJORITY party. I know exactly what the situation was, and what he said. I was there, and as then National Spokesperson of the ANC, I worked with him on that speech before he stepped to the podium to deliver it. Here is the link to the full text of the victory speech that Madiba delivered: (This a transcript of the audio recording of the speech that President Mandela delivered. The original text of the speech that we prepared, and as I have typed it out for him, together with the corrections and additions that he made with a red pen, is in the archives of the Nelson Mandela Centre of Memory).

It’s not lost on me that Ralph Cifaretto’s final words in The Sopranos were fat jokes hurled at Tony. This was the only way Ralphie could’ve gone out - he just kept asking for it. Ralphie is one of television’s most detestable yet fascinating characters. But he had it coming.

Jon Bernthal says he told a teenage Tom Holland to do backflips to steal the Spider-Man role "Tom Holland's one of the greatest human beings that ever lived. Let me just start by that" "Tom did his audition for Spider-Man and I did my audition for Punisher. We actually made each other's audition tapes on that film" "he had such focus and such belief, it was so beautiful. He would say like 'I'm Spider-Man.' He really believed he was gonna get it" "he did this thing where he sort of slided into the scene, and I gave him the note... maybe you should sort of run up that wall and do like a double backflip and then start the scene" "he was like 'you think I should do that? that's not too much?' and I was like, I don't think any of these other fools are able to do that" "And he in fact did that. So it's not that I take responsibility for him... but, like you know, like a little, right?"
