This ain’t football, if he wanna fight just ask him for the friendly 1v1. Defense is played by moving your feet, not using your hands. When I was coming up, our coach made us wear boxing gloves on defense so we wouldn’t grab. I wouldn’t even call this bad technique, it’s not football.
