This post is probably a bad joke!!! The WHO in particular is at the forefront when it comes to spreading disinformation. Especially on the subject of e-cigarettes and harm reduction. Sorry WHO, you are making a fool of yourselves.

What safeguards do YOU have in place to ensure @WHO messages contain no false information? Honest question. I served as a Senior Advisor to WHO for 3 years. I'm not a dim bulb. I am aware of NUMEROUS WHO tobacco control messages that were demonstrably false. Want examples?
