Like I said on the first day of the retrial: this is a no-nonsense judge. He has confronted both the prosecutor and the defense lawyer. Can you imagine him being the judicator in the Darrell Brooks trial ?!?😳

The judge is spot on. He ruled and they're trying to sneak it in anyway. I also disagree with commentators that there isn't enough evidence to win this w/out the letter, I am seeing plenty from witnesses.

I missed this critical outburst by the Judge in the Jensen trail. Well, the Defense started this on Day 1, and the Judge's opinion of said Defense hasn't gotten better. That's because the Defense insists on playing sneaky tricks.

Happens everyday in courtrooms across the country. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Not good for the defense. One rule I live but as a deputy marshal. Never make a judge mad in his court. Not good for the defense!!

I am happy to see more of this. Judges seem to be losing control of the courtrooms.

I like this Judge. He's spunky, feisty and don't take no crap off anyone. I can't believe the female defense att. She got some big balls, not real bright.
