Have to say that the car driver is the dumb-ass here. It’s not like the brake lights of the scooter wasn’t working. When you continuously smell the a** of the on-the-move person in front of you, some or the other time, your nose is bound to get inside the a**.

Off late, I am seeing people taking 90 degree turns, he is in middle lane for right turn, when car hit him. (He should be on right most lane for right turn) - easy EMI easy license!!!

Don't follow vehicles too closely and here it also seems the car driver was distracted since it doesn't look like he even made an attempt to hit the brakes until almost after the collision

Car was very close . Have some shame man. It's duty of every big vehicle to maintain sufficient distance. Both are wrong .

His brake light was on since yesterday.If you find such floaters maintain sufficient distence. They can float to any side at any moment.
