Not a truck driver, but I don't know how many times I've watched people speed up and snap into a tiny space ahead of me, when the lane is empty behind me. Instead of slowing down, falling in behind me and passing on my left, they'll try to wedge in ahead of my car.

In California on Friday I had a guy see a left lane ending sign, race up along side my F350 and 20,000lb 36 foot trailer and literally run me into the car in the next lane. Then flip me off. I don’t know how truckers put up with A-holes all day every day.

Anyone trying to blame the Truck Driver needs to have their license revoked. The red car merged across two lanes with no blinker, directly in front of a Semi, while slamming on their brakes. They could have just stayed in the lane and been fine.

Common sense is anything but. How are people SO STUPID as to think a giant fucking semi can; A: See you. and B: just instantly slow down fast enough to let you safely merge. People with a fraction for an I.Q. score have no business on the road.

I get a lot of joy from being courteous on the road. I let people in, give them the ol' hand wave. My opinion is that most people react extremely on the road, either good or bad. So... by my reasoning, my little bit of courtesy makes a big impact on their day. Makes me feel good.

The truck driver may not be legally at fault, but he sure as hell is ethically at fault. He was trying to pass another semi from the right (a DUMBASS MOVE). He could have easily let the red car in, but he CHOSE to hit it. This video is a fake, btw.

It was tight, but the problem was the red car deciding to brake while merging in front of the truck. Thankfully the truckie was kind enough to bulldoze the idiot off the road in order to not inconvenience other drivers.

It was nice of the truck driver to steer around the sign on the side of the road while he was holding on to his catch.
