🧪 Change of pace will get you anywhere as a guard. Don't have to come down and hit 5 escapes and snatch backs every time to get to a bucket. Once you understand the left stick and pace you will gain a new appreciation for dribble styles. #NBA2K26

We have a strength problem on 2K26. These are the screen animations I'm getting on a 6'11 center with 31 strength. Unless you are playing comp 5s with a pick and roll guard you can make your build better by lowering your strength and putting the attributes anywhere else #NBA2K26

How this affects the brain: "Exercise improves brain health in the long term, through the deployment of things like BDNF, through the deployment of things like osteocalcin, and on and on. But it also does so by improving your sleep." "If you're slightly sleep deprived, sure go ahead and exercise. That will actually help you offset some of the negative effects of that sleep deprivation, but you want to be careful how you exercise so you don't get sick and you don't get injured." "You don't want to get into a habit of using exercise as a way to compensate for sleep loss." "After about 10 days of not doing any training, that is no cardiovascular training, no resistance training, you start to see significant decrements in brain oxygenation levels." "Rapid eye movement sleep is the kind of king of reshaping your brain connections for the better. Just a little bit of REM deprivation will make you more emotional and will make the painful experiences of recent and distant past also more painful." "Sleep is the thing that mediates many, not all, but many of the positive effects of exercise on brain performance and long-term brain health." Andrew D. Huberman, Ph.D.

🎙️ Coby White on the 7-game homestand: "Super excited to get back home and play in front of our fans." "Sometimes you don't get these types of things in the schedule in terms of being at home so long... we gotta take full advantage of it and come out ready to compete."

Haven’t we all regretted things we said or did without thinking? By testing barriers? Acting out of curiosity? Or just because we could? Thankfully for you and me—actually for each of us—Jesus Christ is our help and strength to get us through these problematic moments of our own making.

🚨 Ceuta Migrant Crisis: These migrants ain't going nowhere, look at the help and handouts they're getting, they're demanding asylum and they will no doubt get it Only a show of strength by both governments stopped a second wave, but how long will this show of strength last for... If you would like to support independent journalism I have a link 👇🏻 thank you

When Magic's owner died, there was no plan for her... she was kept on the property for 11 months as a "guard dog" with no human contact. We only got a call once the property was up for sale and they needed to "get rid of the dog". Please don't think your family would do the right thing for your pets. This is a serious issue that has to be handled with properly, and if your family won't help, we will. Please respond the word PLAN and I'll personally call you. Eldad

Gilbert Arenas says he don’t want y’all to apologize to Jason Kidd but can you stop questioning what the man had in mind with Cooper Flagg playing point guard “He wanted to put him at the point guard at the beginning of the season for him in these moments. Now get comfortable with it. Understand your package. Work on your package. Get better at it. When we do get Kyrie and all are others back, when you do get the ball on the wing or up the court, you have the attributes now of a point guard to take advantage of a guy who don’t guard point guards” (Via Gilbert Arenas)
