I get this all the time from my Igbo friends, and I get insulted for the atrocities of some people whom I'm not related to simply because I come from Kogi State — my name makes it so hard for them to even believe me. 😂

This sort of content might help in educating Southerners. A typical Lagosian or Southerner can’t tell the difference between middle belt and core North. Moving to Abuja helped me in that. I wonder if Northerners/MB also assume the entire South to be only Yoruba and Igbo 🤔

This was me before going to serve in lafia, I used to think everyone from the north are hausa. One thing I learnt last year, thanks to nysc.
