These are the morons on the road people, that's why I don't like to drive. Forty years and eight car accident, none of them my fault. I still feel it today. I only remember this happing to drunks before cell phones, these phone people are Four times worse than drunk drivers according to statistics. 🤨

If that happened in my hometown, there aren’t many people I know who would’ve just stood there. Everyone would be jumping in to action to help in any way they could. People would be calling 911 along with every nurse and doctor they know to get someone there ASAP!

What bothers me the most is how fast they’re driving. Last week this guy on the freeway PASSED ME looking at his phone and I was going 65mph.

This occurred to my cousin years ago. He was driving a tractor home on the road. Some dude rear-ended my cousin. Cousin described it like getting a sudden "turbo boost."

its not just texting. Its drinking too... Middle of the day i was hit from a drunk driver while riding on a open tractor. It mangled the wagon we were pulling into a bent frame.

No warning cones. No flares. No warning lights. Yeah tractor is a dumbass just as much as the car driver is.

Texting while driving should be enforced and be a $1,000-$5,000 dollar fine without it being the cause of an accident. And a $10,000-$30,000 fine if it causes an accident.

Was the tractor driver texting - why so slow? Cant expect oncoming drivers to see equipment unexpectedly parked or backing up in the active traffic lane without a warning
