Don't use ChatGPT for research. It hallucinates and often creates fake citations. Instead, try ScholarAI — a new GPT built for scientists, researchers, and students. It gathers insights and citations from 200M+ peer-reviewed studies and gives relevant summaries.

is easily one of my favorite GPTs on the market right now. It's been incredibly helpful for finding and summarizing research on nutrition/fasting for my 2024 goals. Here's the link to try it:

Nice find! I’ll check it out. One of the biggest problems with the ones I’ve tried in the past is that they don’t have many papers (especially recent ones) like Google Scholar does. So, I end up going back to the latter 😅

Good feedback. ScholarAI has been good to me, but now I’m curious how often they add papers to their database to keep it fresh.

Yes Don't use ChatGPT. ChatGPT sucks at summarizing research papers. I am an Enginnering student, I often had to read a lot of research paper. At first I used to use ChatGPT. Instead I use Scispace now. Thanks @rowancheung to aware people and will also try ScholarAI.

Valuable share!

How does this compare to @consensusnlp?

isn't any LLM prone to fabricating information when pushed into a detailed area for which it has little/no source data other than knowing what words a human wrote in a possibly similar situation?

It’s connected to ScholarAI’s data, so it pushes the relevant studies (with citations so you can check) based on your query from their database

I love seeing the launch of more advanced GPTs that can deliver real results without hallucinations.

Thanks for the heads up @rowancheung ... I always take anything I read with a grain of salt ... but all of these 'tools' we have nowadays are SO COOL for our imaginations to run wild! LOVE this Scholar AI THANKS! 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵
