Don't agree with this. I know everyone doesn't have the luxury and privilege to have someone to call on for a shoulder or ear. But if u do thats a resource that can give u a different perspective or give u extra armor.

No this is not true you have to vent because we are human we feel you need people who provide a safe space so if you don't have that strong support system you can get counseling because you shouldn't suffer in God but also heal & that may require therapy
