Disabling Resizable BAR completely fixed the stuttering issues I find it weird how that was the cause of this whole issue, re-BAR is supposed to make games perform better, not worse. If you're on PC and are experiencing stuttering issues in RE9, try disabling Resizable BAR

I thought Riot said this bug was fixed? I was hovering khazix in select but when I hit lock in it gives me kogmaw and we lost the game because of it... so stupid man Drew Levin what do I need to do to get this fixed? (and is there any chance of LP refund... LMAO)

This is the worst time of year for it, the lambs still have small enough heads to push through and their horns are quite springy. Anyway, if you do see one, please do something about it. Thank you

You don’t think if I fix at least the communication with the patients and raise the awareness of this promising drug, you don’t think that helps other people? FSD V14.3.5 left lane camping This really needs to get fixed - this driving behaviour really agitates other people on the road, and there’s just no reason for FSD to drive this way. Let me know if you disagree - but I don’t see a world where this style of driving is correct.

Lo and behold, just 30 minutes after writing this post I continued playing the game and get to an area where the mother of all stutters lie. I quitted the game and restarted it just to double check and it still stutters like hell in here, feels like Denuvo overlords saw my post and pushed the stutter button. If any PC gamers out there are playing RE9 in this section and experienced the same stutters, please let me know in the replies, I wanna to know if there are any memory leaking issues here.
