Let’s be clear: size doesn’t matter, your approach and the way you speak do. You can’t walk up to someone and say, “Look at this small boy” then turn around and claim people are projecting onto you. No, you’re projecting onto yourself. When you were assistant Head of House, your words were “We’re in power, they’re going to hear from me”. You were keen on housemates adhering to the rules you set! But when it’s time to show others respect, suddenly that energy disappears. Respect is reciprocal. If you can’t live with ‘small boys’, then maybe you should pack your bags and leave. Because in Big Mama’s house, everyone is equal, which means you too are a small boy. You created that perception yourself the moment you said, “Look at this small boy.”Because if you’re calling someone else small, then clearly you’re trying to make yourself the big boy, and if that’s based on body size or ego, then that’s your own insecurity speaking. So please, enough with the hypocrisy. Own your words, own your attitude, and stop acting shocked when people call it exactly what it is.

Hills I will die on as someone who has coached high school football for over 29 years: 1. If you are not PASSIONATE about blessing, serving, and empowering those you are blessed to coach, this profession is not for you. 2. As much as we need to know our trade, getting to know (and to love), our players is far more important. 3. This is an INTENSE game, and it’ll never be “just a game”, but it IS a game. Remember that when you’re with your team, and more importantly, remember that when you’re with your family. 4. Just as we teach our athletes to “leave things better than they found them”, we need to leave our athletes better than they were when they first entered into our program. Never let a day pass without pouring into each and every individual. 5. Life is complicated enough, let’s not complicate the game in such a way that we take the joy of it away from others. In other words… Keep it simple. 6. Our words carry little (or NO), value, if we don’t practice what we preach. WE as coaches should be learning and growing each and every day, just as we expect our athletes to. 7. As much as we all want to win those championship rings for our athletes, make sure you don’t lose your wedding ring in the process. 8. The athlete that may be “difficult to reach/teach” (the one who may get on your last nerve more than you could ever imagine), is someone’s EVERYTHING. Get to know them as human beings, find out what motivates them, and do everything you can to help them to thrive. 9. Be where your feet are. Don’t fall into the trap of chasing logos and thinking that a higher division, a bigger school, or going from HS to college, or even college to the pros, is going to be more rewarding or fulfilling. 10. The legacy you leave as a coach will never be determined by your wins and losses, but by the lives you were able to change for the better!

I explored a further possibility with local models: Qwen3.6 35B A3B + NVIDIA LocateAnything-3B as a local Computer Use agent (proof of concept). In the demo, I asked it to switch my Mac to light mode. It did. Then back to dark. Did that too — finding the right toggle in System Settings, clicking it, and verifying the change itself. It's fully screenshot-based, so no Accessibility API needed. If it's on screen, the agent can see it and act on it. This runs entirely on your own hardware — private, local, built from two small open models.

By power and money”, Because they want power and money.” Words you carefully selected, reviewed, and edited for months, a speech that you describe was more difficult for you to prepare than your The Nobel Prize acceptance lecture. In the Ethics of The Fathers 1:11, Avtalyon, the great rabbinic sage from Jerusalem, in the 1st century BCE cautioned, "Sages, be careful with your words, lest you incur the penalty of exile, and be carried off to a place of evil waters." Your words hold weight, and it's vital to avoid ambiguity and imprecision, as they can lead people astray. Your Nobel Prize celebrated your defense of free speech and your commitment to combating fake news and misinformation, and speaking truth to power. Your entire career and public role is to amplify the words of King Solomon in Proverbs “Words kill, words give life; they're either poison or fruit—you choose. You are a leading voice in warning of the danger of how conspiratorial words online can lead to physical hate offline. One of the most pernicious outcomes of social media is the record level of Antisemtic and hate speech targeted at Jews in 2024. Shockingly, during your commencement speech, you violated the values you espouse by allowing your words to be interpreted to fan the flames of age old tropes of Jew hatred of how they lust for money and power. While I acknowledge that your intention may not have been directed against Jews with money and power, but rather against those in politics, media, and business including Harvard Alumni, both Jewish and non-Jewish, who accused you of being antisemitic online, because they seek power and wealth, you knew that your words would easily be misconstrued. When you stood on that podium, it was your voice that was the power. Now it is the public that must demand a clarification to speak truth to your power. The President of Harvard Chabad, Rabbi Hershey Zarchi, was correct to ask you to clarify your words on stage, immediately after the speech, that he and many others found to be antisemitic and when you would not agree to publicly clarify, he did the most important public protest against your easily misconstrued words and walked off the stage. The walk off of the year, this time standing tall with truth to your power. You should clarify your words and explain what you meant and who you were referring to on one side and apologize for failing to be vigilant in avoiding language that inadvertently fuels bigotry, Jew hatred and discrimination. You also used similar words later in your speech to describe Mark Zuckerberg and the tech bros, controlling the world. When George Soros was named in political attack ads by the right, during the last presidential election cycle, it was rightfully called out by the left as antisemetic tropes. I wouldn’t otherwise include your words against Mark Zuckerberg as antisemetic tropes, as I believe his success and the power of Meta/ Facebook to be the fulfillment of what is possible in the USA. Considering how you were carefully vague on who you were referring to in your response to those calling you antisemitic, your attack on Mark Zuckerberg can also be misconstrued as another “Jew” controlling the world. Yes, it is horrible and unnerving to be accused of being Antisemitic, hate speech was hurled at you during your career from being accused of being part of the CIA to being a communist, you should relate personally to what has long been done to Jews no matter if they are rich, poor, exalted or downtrodden.

Watching Candace Owens demand that people hand over their phone metadata to “prove innocence” is . . . childish. You don’t get to float serious accusations or insinuations without evidence and then flip the burden of proof by saying: “Give me your private data or you’re hiding something.” That’s not journalism. That’s not investigation. That’s circular reasoning Refusing to surrender personal metadata doesn’t imply guilt . . . it implies boundaries. Privacy isn’t suspicious just because it’s inconvenient to an unproven narrative. And here’s the problem with that logic: Someone could accuse Candace of taking money from Andrew Tate’s webcam business in exchange for that softball, PR massage interview she gave him on her old podcast … And then demand she release her bank statements and every private text she has ever exchanged with him to “prove” she didn’t. And if she doesn’t release that information, it PROVES she’s hiding something. 🧐 Candace Logic: “My theory is correct because the proof exists somewhere, and the fact that I don’t have it proves someone is hiding it.” Grow up.

It means: - Your volume is too high - Your recovery is in deficit - Your next session is compromised - Your nervous system is still cleaning up the last one - Your growth is being throttled by accumulated damage Soreness is a sign you did something. It is not a sign you did the right thing. A trained muscle in a sensible programme should rarely be sore at all. The first few weeks of a new stimulus, yes. After that, your body adapts. The soreness fades. The growth carries on without it. People treat this as a problem to solve. They add drop sets. They add finishers. They chase the burn. They want that next-day ache back because the ache feels like proof. It is not proof. It is damage your body now has to repair before it can build anything new. The lifters making the most progress walk out of the gym feeling worked but not wrecked. They train the same muscle again 72 hours later because they can. The sore-every-day brigade train it again in a week and call it advanced programming. It's just bad arithmetic.

Before you guys come my way sending me threats and hate. Here’s a bunch of proof that this is all fraudulent in an attempt to get some likes and impressions. Proof that our pfps aren’t even the same, he’s following his friend ( @noxh2k2 ) who also has a discord account ( noxh2kalt ) that has my pfp and my name ( impersonating me ) to create these false messages. And another screenshot of someone who made a similar tweet years ago and got a lot of attention, which would influence this kid to do the same. Lastly here’s the original photo of cuts which he stole from someone else and claimed to be himself. This is fraud, defamation of character, and all a crime. It’s been reported to the fbi and will be taken seriously. Next time think about your actions before trying to falsely ruin someone’s life and career. For those of you who easily believed this don’t fall for everything you see on the internet and be so quick to jump to conclusions. Making threats and sending hate is not okay.

Grip a club in your lead hand. Observe how twisting your forearm changes the angle of the face. This is largely what controls where your ball flies. Small differences in this angle lead to huge changes in shot direction. This precision is not being trained in the gym with “golf exercises”. Poor control of this face angle is what leads to a whole host of swing issues. More so than physical limitations. For example, it is far more likely you come over the top in an effort to stop the ball going right because your face is wide open and you’ve seen the ball go right the last 5000 times than it is you lack hip or shoulder mobility. It would be beneficial for me as a trainer to say otherwise, but I just don’t believe it to be true. Use the gym to work on your physical capabilities. Improve your mobility, strength, and power. These are the things you are losing as you age. Leave the swing mechanics for your practice and golf lessons. If you try to “fix your swing in the gym” you will likely do a poor job of training your swing and your body.
