Half the time I cannot even find mine. Don’t know what I’m gonna do when my son leaves for college and can’t “ping” it for me! 🤦‍♀️

He is right! Every day I have 1 hour of fitness, 2 hours of serious reading, I like to cook (another hour plus) & attend to my flowers every day, BUT only 1 hour screen time! I don't think I could commit to this! But one should have "tech-detox", why I don't use SP while out.

it is so easy to talk all day.. this motivational speech which kids won’t take it seriously.. lets be real.. you should say how to fight for our next generations future… ban porn.. fight the one is behind it.. stop him.. each account gets one hour access to social media.. etc
