Asantehene isn't a paramount chief. He is Asantehene as inscribe in the constitution he is the only king that can elevate someone into paramouncy. HE HAS ALOT OF PARAMOUNT CHIEFS UNDER HIM. THE CONSTITUTION MAKES IT CLEAR ASANTEHENE AND HIS PARAMOUNT CHIEFS
