As a dosa connoisseur, I wouldn’t go anywhere near this contraption. First, it looks difficult to clean. Second, the dosa comes out uneven. Third, it turns out overly crispy. And finally, it lacks that signature golden crispness that defines a good dosa.

The problem has always been getting raw material ready like cutting chopping, peeling, grinding etc and most importantly cleaning and washing. These are time consuming activities. Never cooking.
