given the hype around this, i was not impressed. it’s just conversational ai, but 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟. it’s unclear who the target user or customer is. the killer use case appears to be “thinking helper”… which is great if you’re a thinkboi i guess but not much else. the interaction design is the most redeeming part, but that’s par in 2024 - form is nothing without function. Focus, narrow, double down on one killer use case, and ignore everyone that doesn’t care about that use case; otherwise risk being another blip on the stream of hyped up, played down Apps for Investors.

Sorry, is this a real screenshot? If yes, isn't this statement just straightforward gaslighting? How many people does dot know in total, and how does it objectively evaluate which one of them are the 'bravest'? Who exactly needs "advice" like this at $12 a month? 😐

Looks great, really does and congrats on the launch. BUT you can’t expect people to put in all their personal info with this kind of data collection.

just went through on-boarding on the couch with my roommate trying to figure things out. his words: "it's actually kinda cool that it asks engaging questions to get you to write more, better than apple notes"
