Watch Trump as he’s walking down the stairs and across the floor because you can see how stiff his legs are especially the right (drop foot) likely due to at least one stroke. Now what has he got anchored onto his butt (a brace) or is it double depends for safety leakage.

Ryne Barker showed off the tools at the MLB Draft Combine BP. A compact stroke to all fields, and a projectable frame with 20-30 pounds still to come. Double-plus speed. No. 64 on the Just Baseball Top 250. Upside is massive with the Texas Tech Baseball commit. 🎥: Conor Dorney

Adam Kayko | 2B/IF | FR Kirkwood Baseball Kayko was one of my fav bats from today. Took god ABs today. Added a double below (slo-mo included). Stays balanced with a LL & stride, with a loose & whippy stroke. Good LH stick that has a track record from the prep level. #PGJC

Michael Johnson went from being a double world record-holder to learning how to walk again, after a stroke in 2018 initially deprived him of all feeling on his left side. “Getting myself back to a point where I could walk again, getting myself back to a point where I could enjoy life the way that I did prior to the stroke, that required the best of me” The four-time Olympic champion talks exclusively to Oliver Brown about his health struggles, being more stressed than he’s ever been and the scandal that almost ruined him ⤵️

One of the most exciting counterattack. The test at Port Elizabeth (Boxing Day Test) in 1992 is remembered for one of Kapil Dev’s most defiant innings. India were reeling at 31 for 6, with none of the top six reaching double figures. Walking in at 27 for 5, Kapil’s first job was damage control. Batting with an injured right hand, he counter-attacked brilliantly, scoring 129, with 96 coming the next morning off 144 balls. His fearless stroke play rescued India from total embarrassment and lifted the innings to a respectable total. It was a classic Kapil Dev knock, brave, bold, and inspirational.

Breaking 💯 Chukwuma Charles SOLUDO, CFR Be careful before you suffer #highblood pressure and #stroke because of your hate, envy and jealousy about Peter Obi position politically. Sorry to inform you sir that His Excellency Peter Gregory Obi is the next president of Nigeria. He will win the entire South East and South South okay. Obi will double the number of states he won last time and with the help of Kwankwaso he will be victorious in Northern Nigeria. Tinibu will be disgraced and humiliated even in the Southwest because Nigerians are tired of elite corruption in Nigeria. So, I humbly advise that you make sure your records are straight and clean , and ensure nothing is missing anywhere because Nigeria must, and will definitely be Ok. Nobody will be allowed to escape. If you like rant from here to Jerusalem, Nigerians have made up there mind. Professor ❓❓❓

Microplastics in Arteries Associated with ~350% higher prevalence of Heart Attack, Stroke and Death ☠️ In this video ( I cover the new NEJM data, and provide 11 tips to reduce Microplastics exposure 👉 n = 257 people followed for ~34 months 👉 4.53 Hazards ratio of Heart Attack, Stroke and Death if microplastics and nanoplastic particles (MNPs) were in their carotid arteries 👉 Those with MNP and no MNPs detected were similar along other risk parameters 11 tips 👉 Don't eat packaged food (duh!) 👉 Don't heat plastic (double duh!) 👉 Avoid those plastic baggies at groceries stories for buying produce, if possible 👉 Avoid cans, or look for BPA-free cans 👉 Natural fabric clothing (wool, cotton) > Polyester 👉 Same for carpets... and vacuum! 👉 Avoid synthetic sponges and brushes. You can buy those made of plant cellulose or coconut fiber, etc. instead 👉 Avoid heavy traffic roads (keep windows up during heavy traffic) 👉 ❌🦐🦪🦞 (NOOO!!!!! UGHHH!!!!) 👉 There are self-care products, e.g. toothpastes, deodorants etc. that are low or no microplastics 👉 OF COURSE... don't use plastic water bottles. Bad for you and bad for 🐢 'Mr. Dude' (if you get the Nemo reference) Check out video: paper: nb: *A criticism of the data in this paper will be that they are "associative." This was an "observational" trial, not an RCT. Technically, causality isn't proven. However, it's important to keep in mind that (1) You can't do an RCT on this topic with hard outcomes... you can't randomize a group a humans to microplastics exposure and then monitor for the outcomes of heart attack, stroke and death. (2) These data are consistent with prior work and have biological plausibility, i.e. there are data that microplastics can induce an inflammatory and immune response, signs of which we also see in this paper with the increase in immune cell activation markers and inflammatory cytokines (3) In general, the "cost" to reducing microplastics is inconvenience at most. If you choose to drink filtered tap water out of your own stainless steel bottle, rather than bottled, at absolute worst you get negligible health benefit and that water bottle doesn't end up in the ocean as pollution.

🇺🇸🇮🇷 The U.S. sanctions waiver just handed Iran nearly double its entire yearly defense budget... The math is devastating. Trump's waiver unlocked roughly 170 million barrels of Iranian crude worth an estimated $14 billion. Iran's entire 2024 military budget was $7.9 billion. One policy decision gave Tehran almost twice that in a single stroke. At $20,000 per Shahed drone, that money theoretically buys 700,000 of them. The daily numbers are just as absurd. Iran is pulling in $139 million a day in oil revenue at current prices. One day's earnings builds 6,950 drones. One month covers 215,000. And the sanctions discount shrank from $10 a barrel to $2 because Iran is the only country that can actually ship through the waterway it controls. Washington issued the waiver to stabilize global markets. It simultaneously handed Tehran the capital to sustain an indefinite drone war. That's the paradox of fighting an adversary whose entire strategy is designed to be cheaper than your defense against it. Source: Jiang Xueqin / WSJ / Reuters / Bloomberg

People living in high-rise buildings have a 40% higher risk of stroke than people living in single-story homes. This finding comes from a 2009 study by Wolinsky & colleagues — 5,511 Medicare beneficiaries, 12 years of follow-up. Nobody talks about this. Dr. Gaétan Chevalier — engineering physicist, Director of the Earthing Institute, visiting scholar at UC San Diego School of Medicine — has a hypothesis for why. When you're not grounded, you continuously lose electrons to the atmosphere. The atmosphere is positively charged. Humid air conducts electrons away from your body constantly. But living in a high-rise building compounds this further. The electrical gradient on the ungrounded person increases as they move to higher floors of a building. A person who stands on the surface of the earth while wearing insulated shoes will have an electrical gradient in their body with the top of their head some 200 V positive with respect to the ground. Every additional floor adds 10–15 volts of electrical gradient between your head and your feet. It matters because it puts your ungrounded body at a higher positive electrical potential relative to the Earth. Stroke may be one consequence. Osteoporosis may be another. The body compensates by redirecting electrons from bones to keep vital organs functioning. Chevalier: "You're building inside your body what they call smoldering inflammation. It's like low-level inflammation. It's like oxidative stress building up in your body. Something's going to give up." The body is intelligent. It knows it's missing electrons. So it preserves internal organs first — by stealing electrons from bones. The result: calcium resorption accelerates. Bones are sacrificed. This is Chevalier's proposed mechanism — not the conclusion of the stroke study. But independent research supports the bone loss piece. Dr. Paweł Sokal's double-blind controlled study — 84 healthy adults sleeping in a high-rise building. One group grounded overnight via a conductive copper plate connected to the earth. One group not grounded. One night of grounding: Renal excretion of calcium dropped from ~2.14 to 1.12 mmol/8h. Renal excretion of phosphorus dropped from ~16.85 to 10.70 mmol/8h. Serum ionized calcium, total calcium, alkaline phosphatase — all reduced significantly. The authors' conclusion: grounding during sleep influences calcium-phosphate homeostasis — opposing what happens during spaceflight bone loss. One night. Grounded. Bones retained more minerals. Chevalier's summary: "If you want not to have osteoporosis, just be grounded. The body will have enough electrons. We're avoiding so many problems by being grounded." If you live in a high-rise: ground yourself daily. Barefoot outside. Even 20-30 minutes. The earth isn't far. You just have to get back to it.

🚨 THANKS TO NEURALINK, JAKE'S TYPING 141 WPM… WITH HIS MIND! Jake has ALS. Before Neuralink, he typed with one finger. Now he types 141 words per minute - with no fingers at all. No assistive tech involved, and no eye‑tracking... Pure intent → signal → text. Average pro typist: 70–90 WPM. Jake: nearly double that, using imagination and a chip the size of a coin. He’s not “moving” fingers. He’s remembering how movement feels, and the brain is doing the rest. That’s the quiet revolution here: Neuralink isn’t replacing the body - it’s bypassing it. His son thinks he’s a superhero. Super cute. It’s also accurate. Strip away the Elon hype, the culture war noise, the biotech fear porn - what’s left is this: paralysis just lost its grip on humanity. This isn’t about gaming or doomscrolling with your thoughts. It’s mainly about restoring agency where medicine ran out of tools. What happens next is obvious and terrifying for old assumptions: ALS won’t be the edge case Stroke, spinal injury, MS are next... Typing is just the demo - the moon landing comparison isn’t hyperbole. It’s early. It’s fragile. It works amazingly well. That’s how real breakthroughs announce themselves. So let me get this straight: if someone is making a movie using someone else's IP, it's always 'unoriginal'? Like Guardians of the Galaxy were unoriginal, right? Game of Thrones was based on an existing IP, even second Aliens by James Cameron, one of the best sequels of all time, basically 'unoriginal' cause he used existing IP, what a loser, that director.. man, such a degenerate argument that is. You boys need to come up with something better, but the lack of perspective and imagination is the real bottleneck. And while you think hard of another pathetic excuse to manifest your hate, I am having fun here. You know what, let's mix it up a little. How about I cross-breed 2 popular IPs at a time? That should be double unoriginal, right? Let's see. I hope you don't get a stroke from the scale of massive non-originality here. See ya! P.S. That was done in a pre-Nano Banana era, so getting some of these angles was a real pita. I wrote down the list of all the shots from my imagination, after I visualised them, and that way, I got my most cinematic video at that point. Really enjoyed doing it. I had a whole series planned, but the initial video performed so poorly on YT, that I scrapped that idea, sadly.

In 1976, a Soviet singer was told the lyrics to his new song were too politically risky to broadcast. The words were about an American cowboy riding across a prairie while his sweetheart named Mary knitted stockings for him. During the Cold War, that kind of sentimental view of America would never get past the censors. So Eduard Khil and composer Arkady Ostrovsky made a decision: sing the whole thing without any words at all. Khil performed it on Soviet television in a brown double breasted suit, grinning the entire time, belting out nothing but “la la la” and “trololo” while strolling and gesturing dramatically. It aired, people enjoyed it, and that was that. Khil went on to become one of the most celebrated singers in the Soviet Union, awarded “People’s Artist of the USSR” in 1974 and known across the country. When the Soviet Union collapsed his career faded and he ended up singing cabaret in a cafe in Paris. In 2010, someone uploaded that 1976 clip to YouTube. It exploded. Millions of views in weeks. Khil had no idea until his 13 year old grandson told him “Grandpa, everyone knows your song on the internet, all around the world.” His son said his father thought someone was making fun of him. He kept asking “Where were all these journalists 40 years ago?” But he embraced it, adopted Mr. Trololo as a stage name, and performed the song live again on Russian television on New Year’s Eve 2011. He passed away in June 2012 at 77 after a stroke. In 2017, Google honoured him with an interactive doodle on what would have been his 83rd birthday.

Horrifying... Michelle Worton was a nationally recognized dental professional. She sat on the College of Dental Hygienists in BC. She took the COVID shots because she was mandated to as a regulated healthcare professional. Within an hour of dose 1: racing heart, erratic blood pressure, chest tightness. Within 48 hours of dose 2: severe neurological onset - double vision, tunnel vision, tinnitus, incontinence, dizziness, inability to regulate temperature. Her first doctor blamed it on menopause. Since then: → 8+ white matter brain lesions → Cystic masses in her liver, pancreas, cervix, breasts, and BRAIN → A brain cyst so large it was compressing her skull - Canada wouldn't operate → She sold her dental practice, drained savings, crowdfunded $148K USD for private brain surgery in the US → Over $300K spent on medical care to date → Denied plasmapheresis in Canada in July → Told to hide her vaccine injury to even get a referral accepted → Stroke discovered in 2024 - never told → Spends 90% of her time in bed → Her children became her caregivers → She does not know how long she will live She was told the shots were safe and effective. She was coerced. Coercion is not consent. And when she was injured, she was abandoned, gaslit, mocked, and censored. Millions took the shot because they were mandated - to keep their jobs, their licenses, their livelihoods. Millions more took it because they believed the mantra: "safe and effective." They did what society told them to do. To abandon them when they're injured is a betrayal. To gaslight them, dismiss them, and deny them care is morally wrong. You don't get to mandate something and then pretend the casualties don't exist. Michelle Worton deserves care. Every vaccine-injured person deserves care. "No one left behind" was the promise. It was a lie.

RHP Striker Pence (2028) this afternoon turned in what will almost certainly be the loudest outing of the tournament. Fired 2 shutout innings against the Brewers Scout Team in which he collected 3 strikeouts, allowed 1 hit and walked 1. Extra-long 6’6”, 200-pound frame with budding strength throughout. Particular physicality in Pence’s lower-half. Works exclusively out of the stretch and attacks out of a 3/4 slot with a whippy arm stroke and tremendous arm speed. FB today sat 96-99 and topped out at 100/101. Pence touched 101—a new in-game PR—4 times. Explodes out of his hand and flashes thunderous life through the zone. No shortage of carry. I would stick a 70 on it right now. Pairs his heater with a hellacious mid-to-upper-80s power SL. Tons of sharp, lateral life with some depth. Really tough look for righties, but back-doored it for a called 3rd strike against a LHH. 60 right now, but not all that difficult to envision a future double-plus offering. Pence rounds out his arsenal with a high-80s SPL/CH. Does a nice job of killing spin on the offering, and he turned over one really good one today that flashed late tumble. Down the road it could end up being a mighty effective 3rd pitch that grades out as at least a 55. There’s some low hanging fruit to clean up in his delivery and he’s a bit of a spray gun command-wise (still raw in that regard), but it’s premium stuff across the board. The biggest key going forward will be competing in and around the strike zone on a consistent basis. It’s also important to remember he’s just 16-years-old and a Sophomore in HS. Ridiculous to think about what he might look like in a couple of years.
