Every Wall Street giant that owns an AI data center is suddenly looking for a buyer. And NONE of them want to be the last one holding it. Three of them made their move in the last two weeks: Vantage Data Centers is exploring an exit. Its owners, Silver Lake and DigitalBridge, are weighing a listing at around $100 billion, or a sale, or a stake sale. It would be the largest data center IPO ever done. Three days earlier, CyrusOne started the same process. KKR and Global Infrastructure Partners met Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, and the banks pitched for roles on a listing that could come as early as 2027. Last month, Switch hired Goldman and JPMorgan to take it public at close to $80 billion including debt, possibly by the fourth quarter. Three different companies moved inside the same 14 days, and the same handful of investment banks took every call. And these are the exact same firms that BOUGHT these companies off the public market four years ago. Between June 2021 and early 2022, private equity took the data center industry private. Blackstone bought QTS. KKR and Global Infrastructure Partners took CyrusOne private in a deal worth about $15 billion. DigitalBridge and IFM took Switch private for about $11 billion. Together those deals ran past $35 billion. By 2023 there were only two pure-play data center companies left on the public market. The logic at the time was that data centers burn cash for years before they pay, and public shareholders hate that. But private money was patient, and private money could wait. Four years later, the AI boom arrived and every one of those buildings became a gold mine. So follow this: Switch went private at about $11 billion in 2022. Its owners now want close to $80 billion for it. That is roughly 7x, in four years, on the same buildings. And DigitalBridge sits on both sides of this. It owns a piece of Vantage and it took Switch private. It is now looking for the door on BOTH. The question now is who is supposed to buy. There is no bigger private buyer left to sell to. These are already the largest infrastructure funds on Earth, and the price tags now run to $100 billion. The only pocket deep enough is the public market, which means anyone with a brokerage account or an index fund. The people who bought low from the public are now organizing to sell high back to the public. And they are doing it while telling everyone the buildout is just getting started. KKR raised a record $19.2 billion for its newest infrastructure fund this month, and in June launched a separate company with over $10 billion committed to finance more construction. So one hand raises fresh billions to build more data centers, and the other hand sells the finished ones to whoever will take them. None of this proves anyone thinks the boom is ending. Selling into strength is what these firms are paid to do, and every one of these deals is early stage and might never happen. But the timing tells you something: The most sophisticated infrastructure investors alive spent four years accumulating these assets in private, and all decided in the same two weeks that now is the moment to find someone else to own them. Four years ago these firms decided the public market was too impatient to own data centers. Now they want the public market to own them again, at 7x the price. Quite suspicious.

People are already saying Star Fox Battle Mode looks light because it only has three stages. That's missing the point. This isn’t three deathmatch arenas with different skyboxes. It’s three actual missions with completely different objectives. On Corneria you fight to capture and hold a control zone. On Fichina the goal is grabbing energy crystals while the other team tries to stop you. In Sector Y you’re raiding space pirates to steal their cargo before they escape. That’s not the same fight three times. That’s three different reasons to fly an Arwing, three different ways to use your team, and three different ways a match can actually swing. Star Fox has always worked best when it feels like you’re on a mission, not just shooting other players until the timer runs out. The old versus modes were fun, but they were still mostly arena fights. These objectives force actual strategy and role distribution. Someone has to push the zone while others cover. Someone has to hunt crystals while the rest harass or defend. The limited stage count feels intentional instead of cheap. And then there’s GameShare. Up to four players can drop in together locally or through GameChat. Local works between Switch 2 and original Switch. Online is Switch 2 only for now. It’s the closest we’ve ever got to the old briefing room fantasy, except now you’re not watching the team talk. You’re wearing their faces and flying with them. Most people are focused on how many maps there aren’t. I’m more interested in whether these three maps make you want to keep playing with the same crew. So which objective sounds good to you? Corneria zone control, Fichina crystals, or Sector Y cargo runs? And be honest: would you rather have three distinct mission-style stages that force different strategies, or eight generic deathmatch maps that all play roughly the same?

If you take a movement to unpack this visualization... You'll see how it simply breaks down how reality works. At frame 0 you have a static image. Everything is one, this is the monad. As soon as you hit frame 1 there is movement, there is change. Now you have two states, moving, or static. When Nikola Tesla says you can explain everything in frequency and vibration. The difference between frame 0 and 1, is vibration. The difference between movement and no movement. This is like binary logic we use in code which is made up of 0's and 1's. After frame 1, is when frequency emerges. Because the difference between frame 1 and all frames after is about how fast is the vibration/movement happening. If we skip forward to frame 50... Exposing Demus Pixx Darm. Is this really the competitive scene you want, Fortnite Competitive ? Normally, I wouldn’t care, just like I haven’t for the past few years, but we’re tired. Tired of it always happening to us. Tired of how impossible it is to compete on equal terms. It feels like it’s no longer about who’s better. It’s about who has more connections, who does more teaming, and who threatens others harder. We want to expose three situations that are clearly prohibited in the official FNCS rules, and that completely break the values of fair competition. ----------------------- 1. Repeated griefing and intentional suicides to prevent us from qualifying The team doing this was already qualified. And because we were their biggest threat in their POI, they spent the entire final part of Day 2 looking for us, pushing us, and leaving matches on purpose just to requeue and keep griefing. In the clips, you can clearly see how they eliminate us and immediately suicide just to requeue and find us again. In one game, when we weren’t even in the lobby, they just stood still looking for our names and stream sniped to keep griefing. They’re not trying to win or qualify. They just want to prevent us from doing it. 🟥 This clearly breaks: · Section 8.1.3 – Game Sabotage “Players shall not engage in game sabotage… or any activity harmful to the enjoyment of Fortnite by other users as intended by Epic.” · Section 8.2.1 – Competitive Integrity “Any form of unfair play is prohibited by these Rules.” “Intentionally Disconnecting from Fortnite after you or a member of your team takes damage…” · Section 8.2.2 – Collusion “Feeding: Intentionally allowing oneself to be eliminated by an opposing player.” While this isn't traditional “feeding,” they are intentionally dying after targeting us, only to requeue and do it again. If they’re teaming in customs, how can we trust that when we fight their friends during Heat 1, Kombek won’t rotate to back them up? It’s happened before. And maybe this would make some sense if later that teams planned to contest Demus, Pixx or Darm in Grands, but they don’t. They’ve already agreed beforehand not to land on them. They’re just helping eliminate threats now so they can keep the drop uncontested later. This is about: - Coaching others to do their dirty work - Cross-heat griefing coordination - Securing free drops before even qualifying 🟥 This breaks: · Section 8.2.1 – Competitive Integrity “Each player is expected to play within the spirit of Fortnite and these Rules at all times during any Event Match.” “Utilizing outside assistance regarding the location of other players… or any other information not otherwise known to the player by the information on his or her own screen.” · Section 8.2.2 – Collusion “Any agreement to intentionally influence the outcome of any match or Event.” This isn’t a one-off case. They just want to prevent us from doing it. 🟥 This clearly breaks: · Section 8.1.3 – Game Sabotage “Players shall not engage in game sabotage… or any activity harmful to the enjoyment of Fortnite by other users as intended by Epic.” · Section 8.2.1 – Competitive Integrity “Any form of unfair play is prohibited by these Rules.” “Intentionally Disconnecting from Fortnite after you or a member of your team takes damage…” · Section 8.2.2 – Collusion “Feeding: Intentionally allowing oneself to be eliminated by an opposing player.” While this isn't traditional “feeding,” they are intentionally dying after targeting us, only to requeue and do it again. That’s sabotage, and it clearly violates the spirit and intent of these rules. ----------------------- 2. Systematic teaming with friends from their country 🇵🇱 There is no competitive integrity when 100% of the games are played the same way, by the same two teams trading surge, never finishing kills, and never actually fighting. This isn’t a real contest. It’s always the same surge base, the same damage pattern, and zero intent to eliminate. In one clip below, they even knock each other and have a launch pad right below them, but don’t use it. Because they’re friends. Let’s be clear: Kombek is in our heat, and he’s openly friends with Pixx Demus. If they’re teaming in customs, how can we trust that when we fight their friends during Heat 1, Kombek won’t rotate to back them up? It’s happened before. And it keeps happening. 🟥 This clearly violates: · Section 8.2.2 – Collusion “Teaming: Players working together during the Match while on opposing teams.” “Planned Movement: Agreement between two or more opposing players to land at specific locations and move through the map in a planned way before the Match begins.” “Communication: Sending or receiving signals (both verbal and non-verbal) to communicate with opposing players.” This isn’t strategy. It’s blatant system abuse, and everyone sees it. ----------------------- 3. Coaching and pre-planned griefing across heats They’re coaching teams (friends) in other heats to grief the players contesting their spot, so that if those friends qualify, they’ll get a completely free drop in Grands. They’re manipulating the tournament before it even begins, and the worst part is that they post about it publicly, proudly. And maybe this would make some sense if later that teams planned to contest Demus, Pixx or Darm in Grands, but they don’t. They’ve already agreed beforehand not to land on them. They’re just helping eliminate threats now so they can keep the drop uncontested later. This is about: - Coaching others to do their dirty work - Cross-heat griefing coordination - Securing free drops before even qualifying 🟥 This breaks: · Section 8.2.1 – Competitive Integrity “Each player is expected to play within the spirit of Fortnite and these Rules at all times during any Event Match.” “Utilizing outside assistance regarding the location of other players… or any other information not otherwise known to the player by the information on his or her own screen.” · Section 8.2.2 – Collusion “Any agreement to intentionally influence the outcome of any match or Event.” This isn’t a one-off case. It’s deliberate, long-term structural manipulation of drops, heats and the entire competitive system. ----------------------- Where’s the fairness when you load into a game? What chance do new or unknown players have if they don’t have the right connections? Do you really want a competitive scene where abusing the system, not skill, is what works best? And no, this isn’t “contest” These are 10 out of 10 games between the same two teams, building the same surge bases, trading damage, and making each other’s games infinitely easier. There’s no midgame. No map strategy. No real rotations. Just teaming and abuse. This is not the Fortnite we fell in love with Remove surge. Or at least: - Penalize repeated surge trades between the same teams - Prevent infinite surge exchanges between friends - Punish ultra-late rotations after fake trades Do something. Anything. Because this isn’t what competitive Fortnite was meant to be. We just want to compete. Show what Spain can do. Play fair. Real 3v3s. No alliances, no coaching favors, no manipulation. We can’t stay silent when: - We’re being teamed on - We’re griefed in 5 straight games - Others are being coached to cone us We’ve already reported everything. All we’re asking for is a fair chance to compete. There needs to be a line. A precedent. If you care even a little about this game, it’s time to act. And let’s not pretend this is new.
