Doue isn't a better UCL player than Lamine for the same reason that you yourself go out of your way to say Doue isn't necessarily a better player overall than Lamine. Coz you know G/A isn't everything. This isn't shade on Doue coz he's scored some clutch goals, but besides a couple good goals, the rest of his G/A is made of normal finishing touches or very routine average passes that become assists because Kvara and Dembele are low xG monsters.
