Many people keep wondering why I don’t look my age. One of the biggest reasons is simple, I’ve been consistently exercising for the last 6 years, and trust me, my health has been top-tier because of it. In all those 6 years, I’ve only fallen sick once, and that was after my 8 days in Luzira. Take this as your gentle reminder: start exercising. Your body will thank you, your mind will thank you, and one day, you yourself will look back and thank me later.

. T I don’t know if you’ll ever see this, but I spent almost two weeks making a just my voice version of CHROMAKOPIA and it just got spontaneously blocked this morning. In this video, it is CHROMAKOPIA but every single sound is made using my voice, including the drums and bass even. I’ve done these videos for a while and sometimes they go viral. If there is any way you can get this unblocked it would mean the world to me, I spent over 150 hours making this and it's the best piece of music I've ever been a part of and would hate for no one to be able to watch it. Prayers for Retired Prison Dog Bear needed today please family. He was rushed to the vets this morning, after a short period of a wobbly gait, he woke this morning paralysed and in great distress.. His Mum Charley is understandably frantic and we are on call, waiting to see what the next step is going to be. Please will you hold Bear n your thoughts today - he served for nearly 6 years at @HMPBelmarsh with HMPPS Operational Dogs keeping the landings and prison estate safe - and now he needs us all. Surgery is almost inevitable, he is on his way as we speak to Noel Fitzpatrick - who has amazingly stepped in to help. We are waiting, hearts in mouth, for news. Update later. Please get better Bear - we’re right with you. 💔

When asked what his message to Texans is tonight, Paxton said he would only ask the people one question. They say by the time your child is age 12, you would have already spent 75% of the time you would ever spend with them. It’s 90% at 18. It's a reminder of how quickly these years pass right now the days feel ordinary. Daily routines, exercise eating, but these is the majority of time we spent. The truth is childhood is short but I don’t use it as a reason to feel sad but as a way to not take for granted and lean in. The mess that I have to pick up daily, the conversations that feel small but mean everything. One day these years will just be memories and I’ll be so happy I slowed down to notice them. Slow down and make the most of these little years because this is where almost all the forever memories come from.
